分期针刺合用半导体激光治疗周围性面神经麻痹临床研究

Clinical Study on Staging Acupuncture Combined with Semiconductor Laser Treatment for Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的:观察分期针刺法合用半导体激光治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法:将92例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为2组,分别采用分期针刺合用半导体激光法(治疗组47例)和单纯分期针刺法(对照组45例)进行治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈率87.2%,对照组66.7%,两组痊愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率97.9%,对照组82.2%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸加激光治疗周围性神经麻痹疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of using staging acupuncture combined with semiconductor laser treatment for peripheral facial paralysis.Methods：92 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group（47 cases） was given staging acupuncture combined with semiconductor laser treatment and the control group（45 cases） was given the simple staging acupuncture treatment.Results：The curative rate of the treatment group was 87.2% while the control group was 66.7%.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 97.9% and the control group was 82.2%.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The two groups showed significant curative effects,but the treatment group was better than the control group.The difference was significant（P0.05）.So acupuncture combined with semiconductor laser treatment can achieve better curative effects.
