摘要
在pH7.0~7.5中性水溶液中,I-与荧光素结合使荧光素的荧光猝灭,当加入痕量游离态A l3+时,A l3+与I-反应使I--荧光素体系荧光增强,荧光增强的强度与加入的A l3+的量呈线性关系,从而建立了用传统荧光素测定A l3+的新方法.该方法线性范围为1.75~100μgL,检出限1.20μg L.该方法简便,用于水样品中微量A l3+的测定结果令人满意.
A simple and sensitive fluorescence quenching method has been developed for the determination of Al3+ with fluorescein as the fluorogenicat pH7.4.In a neutral medium,I-reacts with fluorescein resulting in fluorescence decreasing.If Al3+ are present,the fluorescence intensity of the solution increases with the increasing concentration of Al3+.The linear range of determination is 1.75~100 μgL,and the detection limit is 1.20 μgL.The method was used to determination of trace Al3+ in water sample.
