摘要
本文聚焦紫杉类药物在卵巢癌化疗中的研究与应用现状。结合紫杉类药物结构及剂型改造,阐述各种紫杉类药物在卵巢癌化疗中的应用。结构改造与剂型优化后的紫杉类制剂已在卵巢癌化疗中广泛使用。尚需更多的临床试验,为紫杉类药物的合理使用提供依据。
Review the taxanes used in the chemotherapy of ovarian cancer. Based on the progress both in the structure and the formulation, we elaborate the application of the taxanes used in the chemotherapy of ovarian cancer. The taxanes which got the progress in the structure and the formulation have been used in the chemotherapy widely. We need more clinical trials to provide the evidence that taxanes could been used rationally.
