黄柏丝及其炮制品高效液相指纹图谱比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:采用HPLC法研究比较黄柏丝及其不同炮制品的指纹图谱,以探讨黄柏的炮制机理。方法:以95%乙醇(含1%盐酸)为提取溶剂,采用超声方法提取制备供试样品。以Kromasil-C18色谱柱为固定相,甲醇:磷酸缓冲液(0.2%磷酸用三乙胺调节pH值至3.55)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,进行HPLC指纹图谱检测分析。结果:盐黄柏与黄柏丝相比,主要色谱峰峰面积有所降低。黄柏炭与黄柏丝相比,指纹图谱发生了显著改变,多数主要色谱峰已基本检测不到。结论:本研究建立了能较好反映黄柏中化学成分的HPLC指纹图谱方法,可用于黄柏及其炮制品的质量控制。 Objective Research on the HPLC fingerprint changes of Cortex Phellodendri and it's processed product,to explore the processing mechanism of Cortex Phellodendri.Methods Using 95% ethanol(containing 1% hydrochloric acid) as the extraction solvent,to prepare the sample solution by ultrasonic wave extraction.Using kromasil-C18 column as the fixed phase,using methanol: phosphate buffer(0.2% phosphoric acid adjust PH with triethylamine to 3.55) as mobile phase gradient elution.Results Compared with the Cortex Phellodendri,the area of major peaks of Salty Cortex Phellodendri HPLC fingerprint decreased slightly,while the area of major peaks of Cortex Phellodendri charcoal HPLC fingerprint decreased significantly,even most major peaks of the fingerprint can't be detected.Conclusion The method is appropriate and accurate,it can be used for controlling the quality of Cortex Phellodendri and it's processed product,the research provided theoretical basis for the processing mechanism of Cortex Phellodendri.
