摘要
目的:用正交试验法对海藻中粗多糖的提取工艺进行优选。方法:以海藻粗多糖含量为指标,将提取次数、提取时间、提取温度和加水量作为因素进行正交试验。结果:提取温度是海藻粗粗多糖提取的关键因素,其次是提取时间,加水量和提取次数影响较小。结论:海藻粗多糖的最佳提取工艺为:12倍水量,在80℃条件下提取3次,每次1 h。
Objective： By orthogonal design method of seaweed polysaccharides coarse extraction technology of optimization.Methods： the contents of polysaccharide in seaweed thick as the index,the extraction times,extracting time,extraction temperature and water added as factors of the orthogonal experiment.Results： the extraction temperature is seaweed thick polysaccharide extracting key factors,followed by extraction time,add water and extraction times less effect.Conclusion： the best extraction seaweed thick polysaccharide process for 12 times： in 80 ℃ water,under the condition of three times,each time to extract 1 h.
