正交试验优选海藻粗多糖的提取工艺 被引量:3

摘要 目的:用正交试验法对海藻中粗多糖的提取工艺进行优选。方法:以海藻粗多糖含量为指标,将提取次数、提取时间、提取温度和加水量作为因素进行正交试验。结果:提取温度是海藻粗粗多糖提取的关键因素,其次是提取时间,加水量和提取次数影响较小。结论:海藻粗多糖的最佳提取工艺为:12倍水量,在80℃条件下提取3次,每次1 h。 Objective: By orthogonal design method of seaweed polysaccharides coarse extraction technology of optimization.Methods: the contents of polysaccharide in seaweed thick as the index,the extraction times,extracting time,extraction temperature and water added as factors of the orthogonal experiment.Results: the extraction temperature is seaweed thick polysaccharide extracting key factors,followed by extraction time,add water and extraction times less effect.Conclusion: the best extraction seaweed thick polysaccharide process for 12 times: in 80 ℃ water,under the condition of three times,each time to extract 1 h.
