摘要
通过对某车型第三代前地板座椅前横梁结构平台化设计方案进行分析,详细对比了整体式座椅横梁结构和座椅横梁上加安装支架结构的优缺点,从而选出最佳结构用于解决同平台不同车型的零部件结构设计开发,工程分析结果也验证了该结构完全满足设计要求。车身其他零部件结构也可参照本文对比,寻求更适于平台化开发的结构,以缩短研发及验证时间,提高设计效率,降低设计成本。
A solution to platform design of front cross member structure on third generation front floor seat is analyzed in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages are compared between an integral structure of seat cross member and a structure with fitted bracket on seat cross member, thus selecting an optimal structure to solve the development of component structure design of different vehicles on the same platform. Also, the result of engineering analysis indicates that this structure can fully satisfy the design requirements. The other component structures of body can be also compared with reference to this paper to seek the structure for platform development, thereby shortening the development and validation time, improving the design efficiency and reducing the development cost.
