沐浴对新生儿医院感染的影响

Influence of bathing on neonatal nosocomial infection

目的分析沐浴对新生儿医院感染的影响，提出相应护理对策。方法将2786例新生儿按是否沐浴分成沐浴组1434例和未沐浴组1352例，观察2组医院感染情况。结果沐浴组感染总数为37例，与未沐浴组比较显著降低，在皮肤感染率方面也显著低于未沐浴组。结论沐浴可以降低新生儿医院感染的发病率，特别是皮肤感染的发病率，应进一步加强宣教、管理和消毒隔离制度的落实，从而有效的控制医院感染的发生。

Objective To analyze the influence of bathing on neonatal nosocomial infection, and put forward corresponding nursing methods. Methods 2786 cases of neonates were divided into the bathing group（ 1434 cases） and the non-bathing group（ 1352 cases） according to whether they received bathing or not. Incidence of neonatal nosocomial infection was observed in two groups. Results A total of 37 neonates were infected in the bathing group, which was lower than that of the non-bathing group, the skin infections was also lower than that of the non-bathing group. Conclusions Bathing can reduce the incidence of neonatal nosocomial infection, especially the incidence of skin infections, nurses should further strengthen propaganda and education, management and implementation of disinfection and isolation system, in order to effectively control the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
