多药耐药基因-1及其多态性与癫痫耐药性的关系 被引量:1

摘要 癫痫是神经系统的常见病,约四分之一的癫痫患者为难治性癫痫,即用药物治疗得不到有效地控制。近年来,人们对多药耐药基因(人类简称MDR1,动物简称mdr1)及其多态性(SNP)与癫痫耐药的关系越来越感兴趣,但对他们的关系还存有争议。本文结合文献就其与癫痫耐药性的关系综述如下。
