摘要
在暗视觉环境下,常规视频采集设备采集的视频图像由于对比度低,人眼很难分辨清图像中的信息,给监控、刑侦、检测等工作带来了很大的困难。利用视频采集卡及其SDK软件开发包和人类对比度分辨率补偿算法,对暗视觉环境下的视频采集进行实时自适应底层视频挖掘,使常规的视频采集设备具有夜视的功能,提高其夜间监控的能力。通过本系统来弥补常规视频采集设备在暗视觉环境下的缺陷,可以给安防领域带来更大的安全保障。
In lower luminance, because the images captured by the conventional video capture device has a low contrast, it is difficult to distinguish the pure image information. Thus, it brings great difficulties to monitoring, criminal investigation, testing, etc. In this paper, we use SDK Pro II jar and the algorithm of the contrast resolution compensation to realize the video adaptive low level mining, and make the video capture device with night vision function. This system can be used to compensate the defects for the conventional video capture device under dark visual environment, and guarantee the work of the field of security.
