摘要
目的探讨出入境口岸结核分枝杆菌检测实验室生物安全防护的措施,提高实验室生物安全防护水平。方法对结核分枝杆菌检测的生物安全风险识别及预防、标本操作和仪器设备安全选用、使用和维护等方面进行分析。结果建立了出入境口岸结核分枝杆菌检测全过程的实验室生物安全防护规范。结论规范实验操作,降低实验室生物安全风险,确保实验室人员生命健康,防止结核病实验室感染具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the biosafety measures of frontier port mycobacterium tuberculosis detecting laboratory, and to raise the level of laboratory biosafety. Methods The identification and prevention of biosafety risks of Mycobacterium tuberculosis testing; specimen operation, safe selection, application and maintenance of instruments and equipments were analyzed. Results The biosafety standards for whole process of Mycobacterium tuberculosis laboratory detection was established. Conclusion This article has important significance to standardizing experiment operation of laboratory personnel; reducing biosafety risks in laboratory; securing health of laboratory personnel and preventing laboratory infection of tuberculosis.
