目的探讨ELISA检测法质量控制方法。方法对目前ELISA质量控制方法及其存在的问题进行详细的分析,寻找其问题存在的原因。结果 ELISA质量控制方法理论在实际应用中存在许多问题,其根源在于作为ELISA质控指标的S/CO值是一比值,不具有溯源性。结论 S/CO值不适宜作为ELISA质量控制指标。

Objective To study ELISA quality control method. Methods The current ELISA quality control method and the problems were analyzed and the reasons of the problem existing were found. Results There were many problems in practical application of the current theory of ELISA quality control method, it roots in S/CO as the ELISA quality control index was a ratio value, did not have traceability. Conclusion S/CO values are not appropriate for the index of ELISA quality control.
