宁波口岸外来有害生物截获情况及国境口岸检疫对策 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨我国防控外来有害生物传入的国境口岸检疫对策。方法结合外来有害生物输入后产生危害的实例,分析宁波口岸2004—2009年截获外来水生植物、线虫动物门和节肢动物门的有害生物新种及稀有种属,并从国境口岸动植物检疫和卫生检疫角度提出对策和建议。结果宁波口岸通过多年来对国际航行船舶、集装箱、货物等实施严格的检疫,共截获外来水生植物4种、外来线虫动物门物种3种和外来医学媒介生物11种,有效地阻止各类外来有害生物的入侵与传播。结论国境口岸检疫在防止外来有害生物传入方面发挥着不可替代的重要作用。 Objective To explore strategies of quarantine for prevention and control of exotic pests. Methods Exotic pests of water plant, nematode, and arthropod captured for the first time in Ningbo were analyzed combining with the examples of harmfulness from importing of exotic pests. And strategies and proposition of quarantine were produced. Results Four kinds of exotic water pants, three kinds of nematode and eleven kinds of exotic medical vectors were captured for the first time at Ningbo port. Up to now, many kinds of exotic pests were prevented efficaciously by means of quarantine for international vessels, containers and cargoes. Conclusion Quarantine plays an irreplaceable and important role in the way of prevention and control of exotic medical vectors.
