行政自由裁量权是行政权力的重要组成部分,也是行政机关在行政执法中运用最广泛、最经常的一种权力,也是我国行政法领域研究的重要内容之一.文章通过规范行使行政自由裁量权的现状分析,提出问题,进而对行政自由裁量权的规制提出对策.

The administrative discretion, an integral part of administration power, is the most extensively and frequently exercised power of administrative organ in administrative law enforcement as well as an important element in the research of China＇ s adminis- trative law. Grounded upon the analysis of the status quo of the standardized exercise of the administrative discretion, the paper rai- ses questions and provides the strategies for the regulation of the administrative discretion.
