高固体分羟基丙烯酸酯树脂的研制 被引量:1

摘要 采用溶液聚合,引发剂和单体采用混合均匀滴加的方式,合成高固体分羟基丙烯酸酯树脂。研究了引发剂的种类及用量对合成树脂性能的影响。实验发现,采用二叔戊基过氧化物(DTAP)作为引发剂,用量为3.5%时,合成的树脂分子质量小、分子质量分布窄,黏度也小。反应温度140℃,链转移剂巯基乙醇用量为2.5%,用m/m=4:1为混合溶剂,合成树脂性能较好。 Using the solution polymerization,in which the monomers and initiator were dropwise and enevtly charged,the high solid content hydroxyl acrylic resin was synthesized. Influence of the type and amount of initiator on the performance of synthetic resin was studied.According to the results of research,when the experiment chose DTAP as the initiator and its concentrarions was 3.5%,the molecular weight of synthetic resin was smaller,the particle distribution was narrower,and its viscosity was lower.The influence of reaction temperature, mercaptoethanol amount and solvents on synthetic resin was also researched.it was found that performance of synthetic resin was much better,when the reaction temperature was 140℃,the concentration ofmercaptoethanol was 2.5%,and the ratio ofxylene to butyl acetate was 4 : 1.
