摘要
针对目前电力监测系统刷新慢、无统一时标、只能离线静态分析的缺点,设计了一个基于广域测量系统的电压稳定在线监测系统。该系统由同步相量测量、通信、在线监测、负荷建模、故障选择与在线分析,以及预防控制与校正等功能模块组成。根据电压稳定性机理,分析了各个功能模块的系统结构和功能设计,并利用IEEE标准算例作为验证。结果表明,系统可以满足工程实用化的要求,预防电压崩溃,提高电能质量。
An online voltage stability monitoring system based on wide area measurement system has been proposed to get rid of some disadvantages of present power monitoring system,such as slow updating,lack of unitive time scale,and offline static analysis only,etc..The system consists of function modules involved in synchronized phase measurement,communication,online voltage monitoring,power load modeling,contingency ranking and analysis,and control,prevention,and correction.Both the function design and work mechanism of all units have been analyzed based on present voltage stability mechanism.A standard example of IEEE is given,and the results show the designed system can meet the demand of practical engineering so as to prevent voltage collapse and improve power quality.
