摘要
建筑能耗分析是进行建筑节能诊断的必要手段,能耗分析应该遵循从宏观到微观、从整体到局部的分析思路,在宏观分析中应该首先将所有能源进行一次能源换算、二氧化碳排量换算、能耗费用换算,然后以此数据为基础与同类型建筑进行各种形式的数据比较,从而发现该建筑所存在的问题。在能耗微观分析中提出了建立能耗分项计量系统以掌握用能设备能耗情况的思路,通过采集分项能耗数据得出分析结果,参照同类型建筑设备能耗比例确定该设备能耗的合理性,最后配合现场的调研最终找到相应的节能管理和节能改造措施。
Building energy consumption analysis is the necessity of building energy conservation, it should be conducted from macroscopic to microcosmic and from overall analysis to the local:first energy conver-sion, carbon dioxide emission conversion, the cost of energy consumption, and data conversion on the ba- sis of the same type of building in various forms of data to find the problem of the building. Microscopic analysis contained in energy consumption have itemized measurement systems to fascillitate equipment in- formation, data collection. The result compared with the same type of building determines its energy consumption rationality, then with the site investigation finally finds the reform measures.
