摘要 降低排烟温度对于节能降耗、提高锅炉的安全可靠性具有重要的实际意义,低压省煤器系统在降低排烟温度和提高机组热经济性中具有现实可行性。结合某电厂330 MW的发电机组,对低压省煤器热经济性原理和等效焓降法在低压省煤器中的应用进行分析,在保证机组经济安全运行和最优经济性下,理论分析低压省煤器的分水流量、进水温度和引出口位置的影响,并提出三种设计方案。根据等效焓降法对设计方案进行热经济性分析计算,结果表明设计方案一的节能效果优于其他两种设计方案。 Reducing exhaust gas temperature has important practical significance for energy consumption, safety and reliability of the boiler. Low pressure economizer system has the practical feasibility for reducing exhaust temperature and improving unit heat economy. In the case of 330 MW power plant, the ther- mal economic principle of low - pressure economizer heating system and application of equivalent enthalpy drop method in low - pressure economizer are analysed. Under the principle of ensuring economic security operation and optimal economy, the flow of water allocation , the inlet water temperature and citation export position of the low pressure economizer are theoretically analysed, and three designs are proposed. According to the equivalent enthalpy drop method, the thermal economy of the designs are calculated, and the results show that the first design is better than the other two.
