Optimization of cultural condition for Streptomyces kitasatoensis incubation

摘要 研究淀粉、豆饼粉及丝素粉等3个培养基主要成分对吉他霉素生产菌北里链霉菌发酵结果的影响,同时考察种龄及前体添加对效价的影响。对3个培养基成分采用三因素三水平正交实验设计,对种龄及前体物质则采用梯度实验。最后得到一个相对最优的北里链霉菌培养条件。 The effects of three main components of Streptomyces kitasatoensis culture medium,starch,soybean cake powder and fibroin powder,on fermented result were studied.The effects of spawn age and precursor concentration on ferment titers were also studied in this paper.Three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment was established on the three components and gradient experiment was established on spawn age and precursor concentration.A relative optimized culture condition for Streptomyces kitasatoensis was obtained at last.
