^(18)F-FDG PET-CT在胃癌术前诊断中的临床应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨18F-FDG PET-CT在胃癌术前诊断中的应用价值。方法筛选该院初诊胃癌患者55例对其进行CT、PET和PET-CT检查,与术后的病理学检查比较,分析诊断结果。结果恶性胃癌的SUVmas平均值明显高于良性胃癌,P<0.05;PET-CT在灵敏度上高于CT和PET,在阳性检测率上三者没有区别,P>0.05;PET-CT与术后病理检查的符合性较好,P<0.05。结论 18F-FDG PET-CT在胃癌术前诊断具有较大的诊断价值。
