烧伤合并糖尿病患者40例治疗分析

Treatments of burns for 40 diabetes patients

目的探讨分析糖尿病患者烧伤后的临床特点和救治方法。方法对该院40例糖尿病患者烧伤的临床资料进行回顾分析,分析患者经降糖、抗生素预防感染,通过积极换药,对深度烧伤创面行削(切)痂及自体皮移植,控制并发症等治疗措施。结果当患者血糖控制在理想水平后,Ⅱ度创面大部分可自行修复愈合,Ⅲ度创面经植皮手术等达到修复。结论糖尿病患者烧伤治疗中应控制好血糖及感染,积极处理创面,纠正酸碱失衡及电解质紊乱、防治多种并发症。

Aim To discuss and analyse the clinical features and treatments of burn of diabetes patients.Methods Retrospective analyse is was made of the clinical data of the forty burn of diabetes patients who were treated with controlling the blood glucose,and also having antibiotics to prevent infection as well as positive interference such as eschar shaving to the deep burn raw surface and auto graft of skin for recovering,furthermore,was much attention paid to the complications control.Results After controlling the blood glucose,the 2nd degree raw surface could mostly recover by itself and the 3rd degree raw surface could undergo escharectomyen masse and plerosis by skin grafting.Conclusion To treat the burn of diabetes patients we must control blood glucose on time and prevent infection,and also actively handle wound,keep the acid-base balance and cure of the electrolyte disturbance,prevent different complications.
