CRH治疗混合痔45例临床观察

Clinical observation of CRH in treating mixed hemorrhoids in 45 patients

目的观察CRH治疗混合痔45例的疗效。方法将80例患者分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(35例)。治疗组采用CRH治疗,对照组采用常规混合痔外切内扎术。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,治愈率达90%,总有效率100%。结论 CRH治疗混合痔疗效好,是一种快速、无痛、安全、有效、简单的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the CRH hemorrhoid treatment of 45 patients with mixed effect.Methods Eighty patients were divided into treatment group（45 cases） and control group（35 cases）.CRH treatment group treated with CRH;the control group with outside the Qienei Zha conventional mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Results The total effective rate was higher in treatment group than the control group with 90% cure rate,the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion CRH is effective treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,is a fast,painless,safe,effective and simple treatment.
