摘要
生命周期理论由卡曼于1966年首先提出,后来在各个领域得到广泛运用。本文运用大学学科生命周期理论,对我校教育经济与管理学科进行分析,研究该学科的生成、生长历程以及各个阶段的特征,分析该学科的发展现状:学科研究方向、学科梯队、学科物质条件及学位点建设、学科组织结构与内部管理,探索学科生长期的发展策略,为其他学科的发展提供借鉴。
Life-cycle theory was first pointed out by A.K.Karman,and later widely used in various fields.Using the life-cycle theory of university discipline,this paper tries to analyze the discipline of Educational Economy Management in our school,to study the formation and growth course and the characteristics in each stage of the discipline,and to research the current situation of the development: the research orientation,Academic echelon,material condition and degree programs,organization structure and internal management of the discipline,and the exploration of the long-term development strategy,in the hope of providing experience and reference for the development of other disciplines.
