Analysis on Culture Construction of the Sub-Colleges in Universities

加强高校二级学院文化建设,对于人才培养、大学发展和引领社会主义先进文化建设具有重要的现实意义和深远的战略意义。基于文化分层理论和文化分析模型,阐释了高校二级学院文化建设的内容和层次,并提出了二级学院文化建设的对策建议:提炼办学理念,弘扬大学精神;深化体制改革,推进依法治院;坚持文化自觉,创新文化发展。

Enhancing the culture construction of the sub-colleges in universities has important realistic significance and deep strategic significance to the talent cultivation,university development and advanced socialistic culture construction.Based on the theory of cultural lamination and the culture analysis model,this paper presents the content and levels of the culture construction of sub-colleges in the universities.It also proposes the suggestions and solutions including refining educational opinions,promoting university spirit,deepening system reform,running the colleges according to law,maintaining cultural consciousness and innovating culture development.
