基于创新能力提升的我国研究型大学研究生培养机制改革

A Proposal of Reform on the Mechanism of Postgraduate Education for the Development of Innovative Ability in Research-Oriented Universities

研究型大学是国家创新体系的核心和龙头,是国家核心竞争力和大学学术水平的标志,它以研究生教育和科学研究为主,以创新研究带动创新教育,基于创新能力提升的我国研究型大学研究生培养机制改革可以说是我国研究生教育走向的航标。文章从生源选拔、培养过程、导师制度、质量保障等纬度,对我国研究型大学在研究生培养机制改革方面所作的有益尝试进行了梳理、分析,引发更深层次的思考。

Research-oriented universities are the leading force of national innovation system and the benchmark for national core competence and academic standard of universities.Research-oriented universities focus on postgraduate education and scientific researches,and promote innovative education with innovative researches.The reform on the mechanism of postgraduate education,based on the development of innovative ability of our students,is deemed as the correct direction for the postgraduate education in the country.This paper examines issues like the selection of students,educational processes,mentoring system and quality assurance in postgraduate education,and is intended to explore and analyze the positive attempts already made so as to raise more in-depth thinking for the reform.
