鼻内黏膜接触性头痛的诊断及鼻内镜治疗
摘要
鼻内黏膜接触性头痛是指鼻中隔和鼻甲之间存在黏膜接触点而导致头痛。本病发生于成年人，发作时鼻根部和眶部疼痛，可放射于额部和顶部。如果找到明确的接触证据，经手术治疗去除接触点，可获满意效果。
