摘要 目的:本研究评价CTA及3D-DSA在颅内动脉瘤临床诊断中的意义。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的36例临床怀疑为颅内动脉瘤病例。比较CTA及3D-DSA在颅内动脉瘤检出中的敏感性、特异性和准确性,以及在显示动脉瘤细节上的优劣性。结果:利用CTA方法共检出颅内动脉瘤41个,CTA法对颅内动脉瘤的敏感性为88.89%,特异性为100%,准确性为80%,在检出率方面CTA方法与3D-DSA比较两者之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。但3D-DSA法在对动脉瘤细节及瘤颈显示方面,明显优于CTA,两者之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:3D-DSA法在动脉瘤细节描述及动脉瘤颈的显示方面,则优于CTA法。 Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of CTA and 3D-DSA for intracranial aneurysms. Method:36 patients which were admitted under clinical symptoms and signs suggestive of harboring intracranial aneurysms were retrospectively analyzed.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy in detecting the aneurysms,in demonstrating the neck of the aneurysms and relationship of parent artery were compared between CTA and 3D-DSA.Result:41 intracranial aneurysms were detected by CTA,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 88.89%,100% and 80%,respectively.There were no significant differences in the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy between the CTA and 3D-DSA(P0.05).3D-DSA were significantly better than that of CTA in showing the detail of aneurysms and its neck. Conclusion:3D-DSA has more advantages in aneurysm display rate and the display of aneurismal neck,and it's better than CTA in diagnosis.
