内固定手术联合负压封闭引流治疗胫腓骨骨折并骨筋膜室综合症临床疗效分析

Treatment of Tibiofibula Fracture Complicated with Osteofascial Compartment Syndrome by Internal Fixation and Vacuum Sealing Drainage

目的:探讨内固定联合负压封闭吸引(VSD)技术在胫腓骨骨折并骨筋膜室综合症中的治疗作用。方法:将我院收治的64例胫腓骨骨折并骨筋膜室综合症患者随机分为两组,每组各32例。分别采用内固定联合负压封闭吸引(VSD)技术和传统一期清创,外固定,术后换药及二期手术内固定及创面修复进行治疗。结果:治疗组所有患者创面修复及骨折愈合良好,且骨筋膜室综合症症状得到控制。与对照组比较,显著缩短了住院治疗时间及二期创面修复时间,降低了创面感染率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内固定联合VSD技术治疗胫腓骨骨折并骨筋膜室综合症可缩短治疗时间,降低感染率,是一种简单有效的方法,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the effect of internal fixation and acuum sealing drainage on the treatment of tibiofibula fracture complicated with osteofascial compartment syndrome. Method：64 patients with tibiofibula fracture complicated with osteofascial compartment syndrome who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,which were treated by internal fixation and VSD,and traditional method,respectively. Result：All the wound surface and fracture healed completely,and osteofascial compartment syndrome was well controlled.There was significantly difference in treatment time,wound healing time,wound infection rate compared with the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion：Internal fixation and VSD applied on treatment of tibiofibula fracture complicated with osteofascial compartment syndrome can decrease treatment time and infection rate,this method is simple,effective and worthy of clinical use.
