Linear Range Evaluation of β-HCG Detection in Urine by U2/HCG-DOT

目的:对我院引入的检测系统U2/HCG-DOT金标定量检测仪在尿β-HCG检测时的线性范围进行评价。方法:对仪器较宽的线性范围分段进行评价,采用改良Doumas方法对线性回归曲线进行分析。结果:尿β-HCG定量检测时,在80-13228 mIU/mL和41-186 mIU/mL两个试验浓度范围均成线性。结论:证明了U2/HCG-DOT金标定量检测仪具有较宽的线性范围,但略小于仪器标示的范围,超过此范围的标本应按一定比例稀释后检测。

Objective：A new detection method of β-HCG in urine called U2/HCG-DOT will be introduced into the laboratory.The linear range of tests should be evaluated before clinic practice. Method：According to the test method,the declared linear range was separated to two parts which was evaluated respectively.The linear regression was analyzed by improved Doumas method. Result：It was demonstrated that linearity trial were passed in both concentration intervals,80-13228 mIU/mL and 41-186 mIU/mL. Conclusion：It is proved that U2/HCG-DOT method to detect β-HCG in urine has a wide linear range.The samples whose concentrations exceed the range should be retested after being diluted.
