风险管理在血液透析护理管理中的应用分析

Application of Risk Management in the Hemodialysis Nursing Management

目的:本文通过在我院血液透析管理中应用风险管理模式的临床效果,探讨血液透析风险管理的作用。方法:选择2009年3月至2010年3月我院血液透析护理的临床资料,护理方式为普通护理,作为对照组;在护理过程中加入风险管理,作为观察组。结果:观察组与对照组相比,在护理风险事件的发生、服务满意与夜班护理风险事件发生等方面的差异具有显著性(P<0.05),观察组与对照组相比在透析护理、医嘱处理、不规范护理等方面具有显著性差异(P<0.05),在护理投诉和意外事件方面的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在应用风险管理的方法后,由于实证分析的准确性,对于护理工作潜在风险的有效识别,能在血液透析的关键护理流程和环节中,处理护理管理的细节,寻源治本,具有良好的效果。

Objective：To discuss the effect of hemodialysis risk management based upon the clinicaleffect of application of risk management in the hemodialysis management in our hospital.Method：We se-lected the clinical data of hemodialysis nursing from Mar.2009 to Mar.2010 and took the general nursing asthe control group.and selected the clinical data of hemodialysis nursing from March 2010 to March 2011 andadopted the risk management during the nursing as the observation group.Result：After comparing the ob-servation group and control group,there were significant differences in the occurrence of nursing risk acci-dents,service satisfaction and night nursing risk accidents（P0.05）,as well as in the dialysis nursing,physician order processing and non-standard nursing（P0.05）;while there were no significant differencesin the nursing complaint and accidents（P0.05）.Conclusion：After adopting the risk management,wecan effectively identify the potential risk during the nursing because of the accuracy of empirical analysis.Wecan deal with the details of nursing management during the key nursing procedure and phases of hemodialysisto pursue the basic cause and achieve a better effect.
