摘要
介绍了深圳京基100工程中使用的主要施工技术,包括超大超深基坑支护技术,超厚大体积底板高强混凝土施工技术,超大截面箱形钢管混凝土柱施工技术,超高层复杂钢结构施工技术,C120超高性能混凝土及其应用技术研究,超高层顶模系统应用技术等内容。基坑支护中采取可靠措施取消了内支撑,实现桩墙合一,具有很好的社会效益和经济效益。在核心筒施工中采用了顶模系统,保证了工程的进度、安全和质量。
Authors introduce main construction technologies of Shenzhen King-key 100 Project,including the bracing technology of ultra large and deep foundation excavation,construction technology of ultra mass concrete slab with high strength,construction technology of ultra big dimension rectangle steel tube column,construction technology of steel structure of ultra tall buildings,the research of C120 ultra high property concrete and its application technology as well as the application technology of pushing-up formwork system in ultra tall buildings.Some measures are adopted to cancel inner support in foundation and obtain good effect.Top mode system is also adopted in core tube construction to ensure the progress,safety and quality.
