摘要
长春汽车博物馆钢结构为造型复杂的大型空间结构,根据现场实际情况,采用了液压同步整体卸载施工技术。通过有限元仿真计算,制定卸载步骤。详细介绍了钢结构支撑体系、仿真分析、卸载顺序,卸载设备的选择,局部构造措施及施工过程监测等内容。结果表明,钢结构安装及卸载过程正常,满足设计和标准要求。
Large and complex modelling steel structure is used in Changchun Automotive Museum.According to actual condition on site,the construction technology of integral hydraulic synchronous unloading is adopted.By finite element calculation,authors set unloading process.Steel structure support system,simulation analysis,unloading sequence and equipment are introduced,as well as local structural measures and construction monitoring.Results show that process of installation and unloading is normal which can meet the requirement of design and standard.
