摘要
从准备工作、施工方法、质量控制以及复合地基静载荷试验等方面详细介绍了CFG桩在梅钢1780热轧项目钢卷库复合地基处理中的应用,同时介绍了褥垫层的施工方法和质量控制措施。CFG桩与褥垫层形成"桩-网"结构,使上部荷载均匀地传递到下卧层形成复合地基,以满足地基承载力要求,有效控制施工后沉降。与传统桩基相比,大大降低了工程造价。
Application of composite-foundation with CFG pile in 1 780mm hot strip rolling mill project in Meisteel is introduced in detail from preparation,construction method of CFG pile,quality control and static load test of composite foundation.Meanwhile,construction technology and quality control measures of cushion are also introduced.The column-net structure of CFG pile and cushion makes upper load transfer uniform to substratum which meets requirements of bearing capacity of ground and makes settlement after construction under control.It reduces the cost compared with traditional foundations.
