摘要
结合湖南省湘西海螺猛洞河特大桥主桥工程进行了无支架缆索吊装的施工设计。在施工设计时对缆索起重机采用解析法计算,对扣索系统采用正装迭代法计算,算法简便实用。并基于有限元位移理论,采用有限元计算程序进行缆索起重机系统空间有限元建模分析并作出检算,对扣索和锚索的安全系数进行了计算分析,结果表明,缆吊与扣索系统设计合理且安全可靠。
Based on the main bridge of Mengdong river grand bridge at the west of Hu＇nan province,authors make construction design of non-support cable crane system.Cable crane is calculated by analytical method and tie cable system is calculated by forward iteration method.Authors make finite element model and check calculation on cable crane system space with finite element program.Results show that it is safe and reasonable of the design of cable crane and buckles cable system.
