摘要
服务外包行业作为中国新兴的行业,改变了制造业在中国的传统格局,创造了大量的新型的人际关系和服务模式,也对服务人才的素养要求提出了新的挑战。沟通是现代服务外包企业经营管理和员工在企业中经常需要遇到的问题。服务外包行业有没有一条可以实践的价值沟通标准,或者说至少在现在服务外包行业市场混乱的情况下,能否在《弟子规》传统文化中开辟一条沟通渠道来解决市场上服务外包公司面临的困境,是一个大的机遇和挑战。《弟子规》传统文化在高层次人才特别是服务外包行业认可度极高,《弟子规》传统思想与企业文化结合也比较紧密,用《弟子规》传统文化延伸出的行为规范沟通篇章解决沟通难题可以实现传统文化的现代转化。
Service outsourcing industry as China's new industry has changed the traditional pattern of manufacturing in China and created a large number of new interpersonal relationships and service mode which poses new challenges to the quality of service talents,Modern service outsourcing enterprises and employees often encounter the issue of communication.Service outsourcing industry currently has no parctical communication standard.Or at least under the chaotic service outsourcing industry market circumstances,whether we can find a communication solution in the traditional culture of Di Zi Gui to resolve the plight of service outsourcing company,is a big opportunity and challenge.The traditional culture in Di Zi Gui is highly recognized in service outsourcing industry especially among high-level talents,and also closely connected with enterprise culture.Using extended codes of conduct and solve the communication problem can realize the modern transformation of the traditional culture.
