浅析企业档案信息化建设存在的问题及对策

在全国档案工作规划中,档案信息化建设得到高度重视,但按现状看,档案信息化建设至今仍未全面普及推广,目前只限于政务公开、民生档案建设等层面,中小型企业对档案信息化建设工作的实际推广实在太少。结合小型企业的实际情况,浅析企业档案信息化建设中存在的问题及相应的解决对策。

The informationization of archives is highly regarded in the plan of nationwide archive work.However,according to the current situation,the informationization of archives is yet to be widely popularized,only confined to the archives concerning the publicity of government work and livelihood.Medium-and-small-sized enterprises contribute little to the informationization of archives.Based on the actual situation of small-sized enterprises,this paper analyzes informationization problems of enterprise archives and proposes the countermeasures.
