新世纪我国利益关系状况、原因及其治理路径探析

新世纪我国利益关系格局出现了新变化,利益主体多元化趋势更加明显,利益分化日益加剧,利益矛盾和冲突大量出现,利益心理失衡化,社会不和谐、不安定因素明显增多。造成这种状况的原因是多方面的,其中,经济发展落后是基本原因,体制改革滞后及其不完善是主要原因,我国目前所处的改革发展关键阶段也是重要的社会原因,同时,其与社会思想文化领域的宣传导向也有很大的关系。要理顺各种利益关系,需要长期综合治理:实现经济快速发展是协调利益关系的物质基础;加强相关的制度建设是协调利益关系的关键环节;加强党的自身建设是协调利益关系的重要保证;加强精神文明建设是协调利益关系的必要条件。

In the new century our interests relation pattern takes on a look of new changes,more diversification of multi-interest bodies,rising interest differentiation,a large number of interests and conflicts,psychological unbalance,social disharmony and unrest etc.There are many reasons for this.The basic ones are the backward economic development,the lagging systemic reform and its imperfection.China＇s current critical stage of reform and development are also important social causes,while its social advocacy in the field of ideology and culture is also greatly relationship-oriented.To rationalize the various interests,long-term comprehensive management is needed： achieving rapid economic development as the material basis of coordination of interests;strengthening the system construction to coordinate the relevant interest;strengthening the Party building as an important guarantee for coordination of interests;promoting spiritual civilization as a necessary condition for coordination of interests.
