摘要
基于Heckman样本选择模型,利用我国2005年1%人口抽样调查原始数据,运用多变量回归分析方法,探讨了外出成本对于少数民族流动人口就业参与及务工收入的影响。研究发现,外出成本对少数民族流动人口的就业参与和务工收入具有显著的正向促进效应。
The migration distance affects migrants' decisions of outgoing and their employment probability.Their migration time will increase their psychological cost and reflect migrant's working experience and employment capability to some degree.On the base of the Heckman sample selection model and multivariate regression analysis,the paper discusses the influence of outgoing cost on minority migrants' employment.The research shows that outgoing cost has remarkable positive promotion effects to migrants' employment and income.
