摘要
采用自由基乳液共聚法,合成出三种具有不同玻璃化转变温度(Tg)的共聚乳液(120#、B113#和B306#);然后将三者按不周比例共混,并以此作为裱糊胶的基体树脂,通过添加特种助剂(513#)、消泡剂和防腐剂等制得裱糊胶。探讨了裱糊胶的热力学行为,提出了低温条件下胶层易出现“假粘”或“脱胶翘起”的解决方案。结果表明:当m(120#):m(B113#):m(B306#)=50:24.3:10、m(513#)=2.3g、m(消泡剂):0.3g和m(防腐剂)=0.1g时,裱糊胶的综合性能较好,其成膜表干速率较快(表干时间〈3min)、开放时间(常温35~40min,低温22~24min)较长,初粘力较强、持粘力较好且具有良好的水湿擦去渍性能。
The three kinds of copolymer emulsions with different glass transition temperatures ( Tg) were synthesized by free radical emulsion copolymerization. Then an adhesive for paperhanging paper was prepared by adding special additives,defoamers and preservatives when the three blending copolymer emulsions with different proportions were used as matrix resin. The solution for bonding layer with "false stick" or "unglued tilt" in lower temperature was proposed after the thermodynamic behavior of adhesive for paperhanging paper was discussed. The results showed that the adhesive for paperhanging paper had better combination property because of its faster surface drying speeds (surface drying time〈3 rain),longer open time(35-40 rain at normal temperature and 22-24 rain at low temperature), stronger initial tack, better hold tack and good wet wipe stains when mass ratio of m(120#):m(Bll3#):m(B306#) was 50:24.3 :10 , some materials such as 2.3 g 513#,0.3 g defoamers and 0.1 g preservatives were introduced into system.
