Synthesis of Isoliquiritigenin and Its Derivatives

摘要 以2,4-二羟基苯乙酮和取代苯甲醛为原料,在微波辅助下,以KOH为催化剂,以C2H5OH为溶剂,较高产率(65%~89%)合成了10种异甘草素及其类似物.经1 H-NMR,IR,MS波谱分析确定了合成化合物的结构,并分别考察了辐射功率、辐射时间、反应的原料配比以及溶剂用量等因素对反应产率的影响. Isoliquiritigenin and its derivatives(3a~3j)are synthesized in ethanol from 2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone and substituted benzaldehyde under microwave with KOH as catalyst with yields of 65% to 89%.Their structures are characterized by 1H-NMR,IR,MS spectra,The factors such as temperature,material ratio,the amount of solvent,the microwave irradiation power and time will affect the yield of Isoliquiritigenin and its derivatives.
