大型柴油车电子调速器设计

Design of Electronic Governor for Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicles

摘要 提出了一种数字式电子调速器设计方案。硬件方面进行了合理的器件选型,设计了转速信号处理、执行器驱动等电路。通过对执行器特性的分析,提出了分段自适应PID控制策略,确立了PID相关参数的分段规律,制定了详细的数值列表。为了更好地解决柴油机运动滞后问题,在PID调速控制中引入了史密斯预估校正。最后,为了验证设计方案可靠性与合理性,以38 kW柴油车为对象进行实验,实验结果表明,软件与硬件设计均可靠合理,控制策略恰当,系统运行可靠稳定。 A design scheme of electronic governor for heavy-duty diesel vehicles is presented.On the hardware side,the circuits of speed acquisition and actuator drive are designed and components are selected attentively.By analyzing the characteristics of the actuator,self-turning control strategy based on subsection is presented,rules of subsection for PID are established and tables of the detailed data are worked out.For better performance of heavy-duty diesel vehicles,the Smith prediction is used in this control strategy at the same time.Finally,experiment results verified that the design scheme of software and hardware is not only reliable but also practical,the control strategy is suitable and the system works well on the heavy-duty diesel vehicle.
