摘要
论述了双杠杆式标准力源的技术原理与工作特点,指出这种精密仪器技术达到优良性能的核心控制技术问题是对砝码的位移和杠杆水平状态的精确控制。采用精密机床直线位移控制技术,建立了相应的控制方法与系统,提出和采用以表达机器工作原理、结构组成的平面图形作为界面组成部分,以表示功能部位的图形变化表示机器工作状态的方法。实验表明所实施的监控方法对机器的监控有效,且直观、形象和可靠,使机器具有零位自动平衡、精度高、效率高、操作使用方便的优点。
The operational feature and the theory of lever amplification force standard machine with one traveling weight are presented.The key technology of the standard machine controlled with precision is the accuracy of the weight's displacement and the horizontal state of lever.Firstly,it uses the straight-line displacement of precision machine tool.Secondly,it establishes relevant control methods and systems.Finally,it puts forward and adopts the method that applying plane figure composed of operational principle and structure as the interface part,and showing the change of assembly unit in the picture corresponding to exact working condition of the machine.The experiment proves that this monitoring control method is testified as effective,straightforward,vivid and reliable,and furthermore,it can makes the machine return zero position automatically and operate easily,precisely and efficiently as well.
