Clinical key-points about fine and curved root canal preparation

摘要 弯曲细小根管预备是临床医生面临的一大挑战。本文结合笔者临床经验,就临床医生关心的一些问题,如弯曲细小根管的概念、预备器械和预备技术的选择、根管冠部预敞的应用、根尖1/3并发症及其预防、器械折断等进行述评。 It has been a big challenge fi)r general dentists and endodontists to prepare fine and curved root canals effectively. Based on the authors' clinical experience, this paper discusses several key-points about fine and curved root canal preparation which practitioners concern, such as concept of curved canal and fine canal, selection of instruments and techniques, coronal preflaring, prevention of complications which occur in apical third, and instrument fraeture.
