摘要
从宏观审慎管理、微观审慎监管角度出发,对巴塞尔III进行讨论,并结合我国商业银行和商业银行监管的实际情况,探讨了中国银行业在实施方面的具体问题。
This article discusses the Basel Ⅲ from the scope of macro-prudential supervision and micro-prudential monitor, and studies some issues about implementation of Basel Ⅲ in Chinese banking industry.
