梧州市2007-2009年网络直报系统50岁以上艾滋病感染者感染情况以及相关行为分析

HIV infection situation and behaviors analysis of over 50-year-old HIV infectors in 2007-2009 network reporting system of Wuzhou

目的:了解梧州市2007～2009年网络直报系统50岁以上艾滋病感染者感染情况以及相关行为的情况,全面落实《国务院关于切实加强艾滋病防治工作的通知》和国家"四免一关怀"政策,为制定该类人群防治措施提供科学依据。方法:我们对梧州市2007～2009年艾滋病疫情网络直报的200名年龄在50岁以上的中老年人进行了艾滋病感染和行为调查。结果:调查了200名中老年人,其中男157名,女的43名;通过性途径感染艾滋病的109人,占54.5%;通过静脉吸毒途径传播的34人,占17%;传播途径不详的57人,占28.5%。已婚125人,占62.5%,性伴数多,最多的为30人。结论:梧州市50岁以上艾滋病感染者中艾滋病传播以性途径为主,性伴数多,最多性伴数为30人,应进一步加强中老年人艾滋病防治知识宣传教育。

Objective：Understanding HIV infection situation and behaviors of over 50-year-old HIV infectors in 2007-2009 network reporting system of Wuzhou, so we can carry out ＂ State Department Announce on Strengthening HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control＂ and Chinese ＂ Four free and One Care＂ Policy, and provide scientific basis to make prevention and control measure for target people. Methods ： We do research on HIV infection and behaviors among 200 over 50-year-old people who are attending in 2007-2009 Network Reporting system in Wuzhou. Results： Among these 200 people, there are 157 males and 43 females. 109 of them were infected through sex, which is 54.5% of all participants; 34 of them were infected through injecting drug use, which is 17% of all participants; 57 of them were infected through unknown reason, which is 28.5% of all participants. Of 200 participants, 125 people are married, which is 62.5 % of all participants ; they all have many sex partners, someone even up to 30 sex partners. Conclusion ： Over 50-year-old HIV infectors in Wuzhou are mainly infected through sex behaviors, they have many sex partners, someone even up to 30 sex partners. We should strengthen advocacy on HIV/AIDS prevention and control in- formation on middle age and agedness.
