摘要近年来，南非在国际舞台上日益活跃，成为全球瞩目的一个新兴经济体。2011年11月，《联合国气候变化框架公约》第17次缔约方大会暨《京都议定书》第七次缔约方大会将在南非德班市举行。作为此次气候峰会的东道国，南非如何应对气候变化备受国际社会的关注。
