大电导钙激活钾通道与妊娠的关系

摘要 大电导钙激活钾通道(large conductanceCa2+- activated K+-channel,BKCa)由4个相同的α亚基构成的孔样通道及附属的β调节亚基(β1~β4)组成,因其电导大、对Ca2+敏感、电压依赖性得名。BKCa广泛分布于哺乳动物除心肌外的各种组织细胞中,包括平滑肌、骨骼肌、神经元、肾脏和内分泌细胞等,并可通过多种调节因子直接作用于细胞核内DNA或作用于细胞膜上的相应受体而发挥多种生物学作用,在许多生理和病理过程中也发挥着重要作用。
