Experience of Experimental Teaching Reform of Fundamental Nursing

摘要 目的:通过改革《基础护理学》实验教学方法,加强护生的能力和素质培养,提高护生综合操作技能。方法:将学生随机分为两组,对照组采用传统的实验教学法;教改组采用改进的实验教学法,主要注重学生自主学习能力和自我管理,实验室建设最大限度地模拟医院环境,并对考试评分做了改进。教学前后各进行一次"自主学习能力测评量表"测评。结果:除自我管理能力以外,教改组和对照组在总分、信息能力和学习合作能力方面的差异均有统计学意义,教改组明显优于对照组。结论:实验教学新方法对学生的自主学习能力有一定的促进作用。 Objective:To strengthen the ability and quality training of the student nurses,and improve the comprehensive operation skills through reforming the experimental teaching method of Fundamental Nursing.Methods:The students were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received the traditional experimental teaching method,and the teaching reform group received the improved experimental teaching method.The improved teaching method focused on the students' ability to study independently and manage themselves,the laboratory construction simulated the hospital environment,and the test score evaluation was improved.The test of "autonomous learning ability assessment scale" was conducted before and after teaching.Results:Except for the self-management capability,the total scores,information power and learning cooperation ability in teaching reform group were superior to control group,with statistical differences themselves between two groups.Conclusion:The new experimental teaching method can promote the self-learning ability of the students.
