肉桂和赤石脂合用对前列环素表达的影响

Effects of Compatibility of Cinnamon and Halloysite on Prostacyclin Expression

摘要 目的:探讨"相畏"中药肉桂与赤石脂配伍使用后对机体组织前列环素(PGI2)表达的影响。方法:将12只ICR/B F1小鼠随机分为空白组、肉桂组、赤石脂组、肉桂加赤石脂组。药物干预3 d后取机体各组织,以免疫组织化学方法检测各组不同组织中PGI2表达的差异性。结果:在脊神经、小肠上段、脾和胸腺中,肉桂组PGI2表达明显上调,肉桂加赤石脂组PGI2表达明显抑制。结论:在PGI2指标上,赤石脂可抑制肉桂的上调作用,表现为"相恶"。 Objective:To explore the effects of compatibility of cinnamon and halloysite on expression of prostacyclin(PGI_2).Methods:Twelve ICR/B F1 mice were randomly divided into normal control group,cinnamon group,halloysite group,compatibility of cinnamon and halloysite group.Three days after drug administration,the PGI_2 expressions in different tissues were detected by immunohistochemical methods.Results:In the spinal nerve,upper intestine,spleen and thymus,the expressions of PGI_2 were increased in cinnamon group,while the expressions of PGI_2 were inhibited in compatibility of cinnamon and halloysite group.Conclusion:In the aspect of PGI_2 expression,halloysite can inhibit the up-regulation of cinnamon,and they shows "mutual inhibition" in compatibility.
