摘要 基于情境学习理论视角,对临床教师教学能力进行解读,认为临床教师应加强职业素养、情境设计、沟通技能、医学教育评价、继续学习与教学研究等教学能力。界定教学能力内涵有助于研究制定临床教师教学能力标准与评测细则,促进临床教师的专业化发展。 This paper interprets the clinical teaching skills on the basis of theory of situated learning.It is argued that the clinical teachers should possess excellent teaching skills,including professional accomplishments,context designing,communication skills,medical education assessment ability,continuous study ability,and research ability to learn and teach.Criteria and assessment of teaching skills help to promote the clinical teachers' professional development.
