摘要
建立固相萃取-反相高效液相色谱法测定桂圆中残留嘧菌酯的方法.色谱柱Shim-pack VP-ODS 150mm×4.6mm,检测波长为225nm,流动相为V(乙腈)∶V(水)=75∶25,流速为0.6mL/min,进样量为20μL.嘧菌酯在0.03~12.4μg/mL(r=0.999 4)的质量浓度范围内与峰面积成良好线性关系,检测限为0.01μg/mL,嘧菌酯的回收率为98.72%~100.20%,相对标准偏差2.26%~3.88%.该方法操作简便快速,可作为桂圆中嘧菌酯含量监测的控制方法.
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatograghic(HPLC) method with solid-phase extraction was developed for the determination of azoxystrobin in longan.The HPLC conditions were as follows: The column was Shim-pack VP-ODS 150 mm×4.6 mm,V(acetonitrile)∶V(H2O)=75∶25 as mobile phase,flow rate 0.6 mL/min,injection volume 20 μL and detection wavelength at 225 nm.Good linearity of azoxystrobin was obtained over the range of 0.03~12.4 μg/mL(r=0.999 4).The detection limits were 0.01 μg/mL for azoxystrobin.The average recoveries ranged from 98.72% to 100.20% with a relative standard deviation of 2.26%-3.88%.The method is fast and simple and is recommended for residue detection and analysis of azoxystrobin in longan.
